The Component Concepts project was a Tenant Improvement in an existing 15,000 square foot industrial building in Carlsbad, California for a worldwide distribution, manufacturing company of portable battery packs.

The program includes a reception / waiting area, conference room, private offices, open office area, file / office support, indoor / outdoor break area, and manufacturing / distribution warehouse area.
