In response to a request for a proposal, RY&A teamed with Hensel Phelps Construction to provide a proposal for a new Downtown Wellness Center for Sharp Rees-Stealy.  The Wellness Center will provide a state of the art healthcare facility for the residents of San Diego while contributing to the enhancement of the neighborhood.

The exterior of the building is both contemporary and historical in its proportions.  The design utilizes stucco clad pilasters that break up the street façade and provide architectural proportions similar to those found in the promenades at Balboa Park.
