In January of 2013, SDG&E commissioned RY&A Architects & Planners, Inc. to develop a Master Plan for the entire 147.6 acre Mission Control property.

The study provides an assessment of the existing infrastructure servicing the existing structures and its capacity to accommodate future growth, a fifteen year outlook for growth associated with existing SDG&E Mission end users and compatible SDG&E end users who could be re-located to Mission and the governmental entitlements associated with expansion to existing structures or future developments at the site.
