The project is sited on 19.3 acres of land located in Wildomar, California. This is a proto-typical service center developed for Southern California Edison.

The 65,388 square foot Administration Building houses a regional administration function and operations center.

A Fleet Garage and Logistics warehouse comprise the remainder of the 114,000 square feet of building.  

Each of the buildings is of concrete tilt-up construction with steel floor and roof framing.  This project has been certified LEED Platinum under the USGBC.
