We were contracted to develop a Building Campus on an approximately nine acre site.  The multi-phased project will include three 70,000 sq. ft Medical Office Buildings, a Parking Structure, and associated site work.  The 3-story medical office buildings will be steel-framed structures with glass and stone cladding.

The Medical Office Buildings are designed as multi-tenant buildings with floor plates of approximately 24,000 square feet.  The buildings will initially be constructed as a cold shell with all infrastructure in place for future tenant improvement work.  The first phase will include the first 70,000 sq. ft Medical Office Building and all underground utilities to support the future buildings.
