sharp coronado healthy living center

This design-build project is the remodel of the existing 7,000 sq. f t. Healthy Living Center on the 3rd floor of Sharp Coronado Hospital.  The intent of the Owner was to create a high-end spa-like facility for use by the community.

This work also includes renovation to the existing board room, and all required ADA upgrades to the existing restrooms.  The design allows construction to occur in phases to keep the floor operational during construction.  The design build team, through collaborative work processes, was able to provide cost effective solutions to meet the budget constraints of the project.
