The project consists of 25,600 square feet of administrative offices, an employee cafeteria, training room, graphics studio, laboratories, along with 62,900 square feet of production / warehouse space.   The production space houses a high volume compounding area, bottle filling equipment, labeling equipment, and a packing and shipping area.  Nine truck bays were designed (six dock high and three grade level bays).

The building shell was constructed of concrete tilt-up wall panels at the manufacturing and warehouse portions of the building with a curvilinear glass curtain wall system used at the office administration areas. The glass curtain wall incorporated the use of high efficiency glazing in a two way captured mullion system.
