Our Client approached us to complete entitlement process through OSHPD after unsuccessful efforts by the Architect of Record.

By working closely with OSHPD, we were able to provide a solution which addressed all of their concerns without creating a financial burden for the Owner.

After obtaining permits we were able to successfully complete the construction of the project.
