AEROTECH
CENTER
The project was to provide architectural, landscape architecture, signage, graphics, and color consultation to develop conceptual strategies for the Harbor Aerotech Center, formerly the Teledyne-Ryan Aeronautical Complex. The project involved the development of the Entry gate, Master planning, Programming, Site Analysis and Urban design concepts.

The project consisted of three basic components: 1) the selective dismantling and removal of existing buildings, which were considered to be obsolete; 2) building core and shell improvement including new paint and windows; and 3) a comprehensive landscape improvement program.
