The Emergency Operations Center program includes approximately 18,000 square feet of tenant improvement within the existing building.

Main program space includes the EOC- multi-functional space, adjacent breakout rooms (Planning, Logistics and Command Office), Ops briefing, map room (company central), radio room, file room, general storage, audio-visual, break room, sleep/bunk rooms, restrooms, lockers/ showers, security and lobby. New additional program includes; Public Information Office (PIO), Finance Office and Media Conference room, telcom (GO Complex Hub), electrical/UPS room and Watch Office.
