The project consists of a new approximately 12,750 square foot two-story ground up Pre-school Facility.  The project is proposed as a wood frame, Type V non-rated fully sprinklered construction located at 6600 Blackrail Road, Carlsbad, California.  

The building program will include five (5) preschool and two (2) kindergarten classrooms, two (2) assembly rooms, two (2) offices, a teacher’s lounge, a kitchen, several ADA compliant restrooms, and ancillary spaces such as janitor’s closets and storage rooms.
