The project is a design-build project with Phelps Development for a new 450 sq. ft. restroom and concession building located at Lane Field Park Plaza.

The design shall include two family style restrooms and concession services.  The facility will be a part of the San Diego Port Park surrounding the proposed Lane Field Development.
