The project is one of the first pilot projects to be developed in the City of El Cajon’s Re-development district. Forty-one units are sited on 1.04 acres the site is bounded by Douglas Street and Sunshine Avenue in the City of El Cajon.
The project consists of approximately five thousand square feet of office / commercial space and forty-one stacked flats consisting of three bedrooms, two bedroom and one bedroom units.
All parking is provided on grade. An urban plaza has been designed to provide ground floor open space for the residential component and a buffer between the commercial / office. All vehicular parking is sited out of sight from the street.
