The project was the remodel of the Sahba’s existing residence located in San Diego, California.

The scope of work included a new formal entry with interior staircase to upper level; interior staircase from garage to entry; remodeling living room, dining area and kitchen; remodeling front exterior deck and exterior facade; new windows and deck off upper level living room; new master suite with his & hers walk-in closets, shared bathroom, adjacent office / sitting area and fireplace; powder room at upper level; and new bedroom, bathroom and exercise room at lower level.
